Code Of Conduct

SENON believes that our success depends on individual performance. We must adopt and implement the highest standard of personal and professional behavior, including honesty, trustworthiness and tolerance. Code of Conduct gives us the roadmap how to embody these behaviors and values in the workplace and most importantly how we represent our company and relate to our co-workers. It is critical for the long term success of our company.

  • General Standard of Conduct
    SENON expects all employees to exercise good judgment to ensure safety and welfare of employees, clients, contractors and other stakeholders and to maintain a cooperative, efficient, positive, harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Respect to Others
    We work as a team. Each employee in our workplace deserves each other’s respect. SENON is committed to provide a work environment free of unlawful harassment. Any kind of discrimination or harassment that includes oral, written, physical, visually displayed or emotional based on gender, race, skin color, religious beliefs, age, national origin or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
  • Safety in Workplace
    SENON believes that our people are our biggest asset and the safety of people in the workplace is a primary concern for the company. Each employee must comply with all applicable health and safety policies.
  • Conflict of Interests
    SENON expects that professionals shall not accept or provide gifts as doing so might compromise the best interest of the company as well as the clients. Nothing we do shall restrict the fair exchange of trade.
  • Employment outside SENON
    Professionals are expected to devote their full attention to the business interest of the company, supporting fellow professionals, learning new skills and knowledge and keep highest standard of quality in performing work for our clients. Our policy prohibit any employee from engaging in any activity that interferes with their performance or responsibilities to the company or prejudicial to the company.
  • Protecting Privacy
    Every employee is accountable to safeguard company’s and client’s confidential information. SENON respects personal privacy and complies with the laws that protect the security and confidentiality of information and records containing personal information. Only the legitimate professionals shall have access to the records as the need arises.
  • Use of Company’s Assets
    Protecting the Company’s assets is a key responsibility of every employee. Company equipment and assets are to be used for Company’s business purpose only.
  • Responsibility
    SENON believes that each employee has an individual responsibility to follow the Code of Conduct and encourage coworkers to abide by it as well. The company will take appropriate action against any professional whose actions are found to violate these policies or any other policies of the company.
